About our data

Where our prices come from

Packaging Marketplace compares stock cardboard boxes across UK suppliers. We collect structured facts only — box sizes, pack quantities and price-break tables — from suppliers' public websites, and we always link back to the supplier for the sale.

How we collect it

• We read public category and product pages with a clearly identified crawler: PackagingMarketplaceBot/1.0.
• We fetch politely: no more than one request every few seconds per supplier, run overnight, and we respect robots.txt.
• We store sizes in millimetres and prices in pence, ex-VAT, and we normalise internal vs external dimensions so comparisons are honest.
• Prices are checked weekly. Always confirm the final price on the supplier's own site before ordering.

For suppliers

If you're a supplier and would prefer to send us a data feed or CSV — or you'd like to be removed — email info@undercovergenius.io and we'll action it quickly. We'd rather work with you: we can treat your feed as the source of truth and show your live prices.

We never copy product descriptions or images, and we don't present ourselves as selling anything — we send you the customer.
